Ø  He has more than 26 years of professional experience as engineer, consultant, and academician.

Ø  During his tenure with multi-national engineering industries (M/Gallium Equipments Ltd, Ballabgarh & M/s Avery India Ltd, New Delhi), he has been instrumental in developing and launching many special purpose machines.

Ø   As senior member of the “Research and Development” wing in Industries, he has exposure and hands on experience in product development from concept to commercial. His team developed various “Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)” and many of these products were import substitutes.

Ø  He has successfully coordinated the training for implementation of ISO in the Industry, NBA and NAAC accreditations in academic institutes

Ø  He has been the coordinator for training programmes by INFOSYS, WIPRO etc. in campus and has been resource person to various faculty and professional development programmes

Ø  He has many publications in international and national journals

Ø  Under his leadership as the Principal of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, the institute could obtain accreditation by NAAC, recertified by ISO and became the research centre of Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS). The campus became popular for its academic ambience with the right blend of discipline, knowledge transfer and social commitment.
