Education is a passion that needs to be cherished life-long. Children should be exposed to the

attitude towards life.

*I love helping kids who are suffering from different family disorders and low self-esteem.
* I conduct sessions with my teachers and admin to enhance self –esteem and inculcate leadership

* I am associated with three orphanages where I nourish children with good thoughts and mould
their way to approach life positively. It is very important to nurture positivity in oneself.
*My day starts with positive thoughts which I blend it in the ambience of assembly. My children
enjoys coming to school not because they get to do what they want but they learn to enjoy freedom
in the way it has to be. They love challenges because they believe we are gifted with exceptional
leadership skills and innate talents that can flourish with zeal and positive energy. Being a principal
of a reputed school I believe every child is unique in their own way and must be dealt with care so
that we prepare them for a responsible tomorrow.
About my school:
As the principal of this esteemed institution I take the pride in introducing you to this unique school,
where nurturing talent is a culture, inculcating values in children is a trend and building tomorrow’s
leaders is the motto of the school.
The institution takes the pride in inculcating the power of tolerance , acceptance and respect of
ideas from different countries and culture. The essence of GISN lies in the legacy of more than two
decades. Our prime focus is on holistic and comprehensive development of our children so that they
are ready to make their mark globally as thoughtful, rooted and empowered human beings.
As a leader I ensure that children are socially, emotionally and physically aware of their
surroundings. We conduct year-long awareness program to give them the exposure of the need of
the era which they should shoulder with utmost responsibility and happiness.
The school caters the need of co-curricular activities where swimming and tennis comes as a
mandatory part of the curriculum. Self-defence , chess, musical instrumental session like violin,
guitar and keyboard creates a stress free environment for children .Being a leader my sole
responsibility lies in whole school development where house-keepings and securities should also be
benefitted with the training sessions to organise their life in a better way.
Teachers are always the role model for the children which demands lot of self-realisation session to
cater the need of the school. Being a leader, I feel the self-esteem of the teachers should be
strengthened to see growth and development in the classrooms.
