Dr. Saroj Kumar Ghosh is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology, Bejoy Narayan Mahavidyalaya, Itachuna, Hooghly-712 147, West Bengal, India. He obtained M. Phil. and Ph. D. in Zoology from The University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India. His main area of interest related to Fish Biology. His area of expertise includes
histomorphology, histophysiology, histochemistry and ultrastructural studies of different
organs of teleosts. Till date Dr. Ghosh has published forty six Original Research Articles in
reputed journals and three Book Chapters contributed as author/co-author. He serves as
Editorial Board member and Reviewer of several National and International Scientific
