He completed his schooling (+2) from Tripura under state board in the year 2012 and then got enrolled in B.E. Civil Engineering in Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, (Deemed to be University), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and have successfully completed UG in 2016. During his UG days, he focused on opting for Structural Engineering and then he got an admission for PG in M.E.Structural Engineering in Mohamed Sathak AJ College of Engineering, which is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. After that, he decided to make the best of the opportunities offered. He found structural engineering subject very interesting as it forms the heart of any structure, be it a building, a bridge or a highway. After the completion of his PG, he joined as an assistant professor in the department of Civil Engineering in Anand Institute of Higher Technology (AIHT), Chennai and currently working there for the past 1 year and 8 months. In December 2019, he got an opportunity to join as a part-time research scholar for completing his Doctoral Program in the Department of Civil and Structural Engineering from Annamalai University, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India. He is a research-oriented person and his research area includes Maintenance and repair of concrete and steel structures,Structural strengthening of elements by using Fiber Reinforced Polymer, Development of high durable Polymer resin concrete by introducing the concept of Particle packing, Development of eco-friendly Geopolymer Concrete, Composite structures, Concrete technology, Steel and Concrete Structures. He published about 11 Journal Papers in International Level in his different domains including both Conference and Journal Publications. His entire research work is oriented towards the achievement of durable construction ways for a long life of structures and reduction of the repair cost as it hits about 3% to 4% of GDP of the Nation. He is a member of some professional bodies such as IFERP, IAENG, ICSES and got a student membership from INSC for four Years. Later he also became a membership from the Society of Artificial Intelligence, Society of Chemical Engineering, Society of HIV/AIDS, Society of Imaging Engineering, Society of Industrial Engineering and Society of Mechanical Engineering from IAENG.Besides this, he is also working as an Entrepreneurship Educator in the domain of Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking and Innovation. He is certified Ambassador from the MHRD Innovation Cell, Govt. of India in the domain of Design Thinking and Innovation. He is an active participant in different workshops, seminars and training series in this domain and also handled few workshops and event on the domain of Entrepreneurship and Design Thinking and Innovation. He conducted a workshop in Anand Institute of Higher Technology on Social Entrepreneurship in association with a social body of IIT Bombay (Abhuday) and Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune (2019). He also handled a session in Anand Institute of Higher Technology on Motivation Towards Entrepreneurship on an event of Entrepreneurship awareness Camp (2019), funded by AICTE, Govt. of India. He also directed and mentored a workshop in Anand Institute of Higher Technology on Design Thinking and Innovation for engineering students and start-ups (2020), as protocolled by the IIC. He recently got a nomination to be an active facilitator of Design Thinking and Innovation from the organization NODES,Pune, India. He achieved numerous recognitions and certificates for conducting such activities from SIT– Pune; Abhuday, a social body of IIT Bombay and AIHT-Chennai. Being a teacher as fundamental, he always motivate the students and the future engineers to always work for the welfare of the society, and to think in the optimum utilization of natural resources for developing any innovative idea and to preserve the same for the future generation
