About Ram Doke
Mr. Ram Doke has a background of M. A. in English Language and Literature & B.Ed from Pune University. He is certified from ‘British Council’ Upper Intermediate Level – B2 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). He has a vast experience of teaching English Language, Grammar, Soft Skills, Communication Skills and Subjective & Objective English for 10 years. He is the author, editor also. He wrote several books on Functional English, Soft Skills, Communication Skills and Subjective and Objective English and English for Beginners and etc.
Presently he is working as a School Head at Bharati Vidyapeeth English Medium School, Jawhar (Palghar) since 2019. He worked as an English Faculty at Symbiosis, Pune for 9 years. He has total 11 years 5 months experience in academics and admin acumen. In his entire career he presented and participated papers in International Conferences conducted by Pune University, Oxford University Press, British Council and state universities. He is also a Brand Ambassador of Coobic- Russia a Pre School Games and Courses device.
He is a founder faculty of Symbiosis Institute of Skill Development, Symbiosis Community College and Symbiosis Vocational Jr. College, Pune. He taught in leading schools, colleges, educational institutes in Pune and India. He conducted several workshops and seminars on Career Guidance, Personality Development, Entrepreneurship Development Program, Soft Skills with Communication Skills, Faculty Development program and etc. across the county.
He handled various CSR and training projects as a Trainer in Tata Motors, Escorts, Godrej, Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd, Pune Municipal Corporation, Phoenix Mechano, Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) and etc. He also handled Vocational Training Schemes such as Skill Development Initiative Scheme, National Skill Development Corporation, Sector Skill Council of India, Pradhan Mantri Kaushalya Vikas Yojna, Maharashtra State Skills Development Society, Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd (MKCL). He also works as a “Soft Skills Assessor” with Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
He has also taught Functional English, English language and Grammar, Subjective and Objective English, Soft Skills, Communication Skills in Banking Academy, Army Training Centres, SRPF and leading Indian multinational companies.
