About Dr. Abhinav Kumar
Dr. Abhinav Kumar has completed his doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India in March 2020. He has completed his master’s in thermal engineering from Lovely Professional University in 2014 and bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar, Punjab in 2011. He has published many SCI and Scopus indexed articles in various international journals. He has attended many international conferences including CEC/ICMC 2019 USA, ICPEA 2019
Singapore and IHMTC-2015 VSCC Thumba, Trivandrum, India. His area of research is vast including superconducting magnetic energy storage systems, high temperature superconducting cable design & cooling, cryogenic fluid properties and fusion grade magnets. He is one of the reviewers for SCI and Scopus indexed journals and conferences. Recently, he has been nominated as Bentham Brand Ambassador by Bentham Publications, UAE. He has received ICMC Student Full Fee Waiver from conference organizers CEC-ICMC 2019, Hartford, USA during his doctorate. He has been awarded with University Academic Honour and University Honour Roll for his excellent academic records. He is holding Student IEEE and life membership of Indian Cryogenic Council (ICC) and Indian Society of Heat and Mass Transfer (ISHMT).
