Biswajit Dutta, Head Teacher of 30, Andiran Pry School, was born on 26th November 1977 at Begunbari, P.S -Beldanga ,District Murshidabad ,West Bengal. His parents are Jagannath Dutta and Jharna Rani Dutta. He came from Poor and needy family .He had been working as a assistant teacher in 40 Nowpukuria Nutanpara Primary School under same circle for 18 years. Under his leadership the school reached its zenith. It achieved Swachha Vidyalaya Award by MHRD, Govt.of India, The prestigious awards " Jamini Roy " by UNICEF,Govt.of West Bengal and SSM. and many prestigious Awards.Later he took decision to take the charge of Head Teacher of another school, but all the students made a barricade so that he could not leave their school. Their love made him feel that he should take the charge of Head Teacher and establish himself once more. More students should get opportunities of a Nationally recognized school. The second stage of his life begins when he joined Andiran Primary School as The Head Teacher. It was just an ordinary school. Here also, students presented their heart -felt love for him. He took a bold decision to modernize that school with innovative ideas and achieve recognition newly. So he had to put extra effort and time as well as extra energy to improve the situation of the new school. This great teacher administered number of sixty seven innovative ideas in last one and half years. These steps had helped a lot to improve the situation in his school. The teacher get help and full assistance from his colleagues and community. He succeeded in achieving these awards with a short period as a Head Teacher. Under his leadership the simple institution won such awards like "Best Performing Education and Excellence Award "-by DI/S ,Education Department , 2019,"Shishu Mitra Vidyalaya Award" -2019 by PBSSM, UNICEF and Govt of West Bengal .Even Mr Biswajit Dutta won these personal awards like National Innovative Teacher Award-2019-20 -By MHRD, Govt. of India Ideal Teacher -2009 by Education Dept, Dist of Murshidabad,W.B, Excellence Teacher Award-2020 by GTIA.
