About Soumitra Dey
Mr. Soumitra Dey is a research scholar at the Department of Mathe-matics, IIT Madras. He is pursuing Ph. D. under the guidance of Prof. Vetrivel V (Department of Mathematics, IIT Madras, Chennai, India) and Prof. Hong-Kun Xu (Department of Mathematics, Hangzhou Dianzi Uni- versity, Hangzhou, China). His broad area of research is Nonlinear Analysis and Variational Inclusion Problem. He has visited Prof. Hong-Kun Xu cou-ple of times for his research work. He has published three papers in three different International Journals. He is going to submit his Ph. D. Thesis by June 2020. Also, he has received NBHM (National Board for Higher Math- ematics) research award in 2017. Apart form this, he has attended several highly acclaimed national and international conferences where he presented his research works.
