About Dr. V. ARUMUGAPRABU
Dr. V. Arumugaprabu working as Associate Professor in the Dept., Of Mechanical Engg., as well as Deputy Director (IQAC & CLT) in Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education, Krishnankoil, Tamilnadu, India. He had completed his B.E Mechanical engineering in the year 2005 and M.E CAD/CAM in the year 2007 and Ph.D in the area of composites in the year 2014. He had 13 years of teaching and 6 years of research experience. He had also worked as a postdoctoral research associate in Precision Engineering Laboratory, School of Mechanical Engineering, Yeungnam University, Southkorea in the year 2017. He had completed 3 Ph.D Thesis under his guidance. Also Published 70 papers in reputed Scopus/SCI indexed International Journals and 40 papers in International Conference. In addition he had completed a funding project worth Rs.27 lakhs from MOEF, India. He acts as editorial board member for 3 journals. Also Received 5 awards for teaching and research competence from IQAC, KARE. He is a life time member of ISTE and ISRD. His areas of interests include composites materials, Industrial safety engineering and machining studies.
