About Dr. Ravjibahi K Chaudhari

I am working as assistant professor in College of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University (SDAU), Sardarkrushinagar, Dantiwada, Gujarat since 2017. I did my master and doctorate degree from Indian Veterinary Research Institute, Izatnagar, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. I have good experience of reproductive management of dairy farm including AI, pregnancy diagnosis, diagnosis and therapeutics of reproductive problems of farm animals. I have expertise on handling of dystocia, reproductive
ultrasonography of domestic animals, cell culture and various molecular techniques viz. RNA/DNA isolation, qPCR, gel electrophoresis, Western blotting and IHC.
I bestowed the “Nil’s Lagerlof Memorial Award” by Indian Society For Study of Animal
Reproduction (ISSAR) in 2018 and Young Scientist award by Society for Veterinary Science and Biotechnology (SVSBT) in 2019. Currently, I am working on cervical dystocia in buffaloes, equine infertility and improving reproductive performance through ameliorating transition stress in bovine. I am a reviewer of journal ‘Reproduction in Domestic Animals’ published by wiley publication. I am always enthusiastic to work for the benefit of farmers through research and veterinary service.
