Enthusiastic and passionate researcher with experience of conducting administrative projectswith public, private and non-profit organizations, Lakshya Arora is associated as ResearchFellow with Centre for Advanced Studies in Policy Research (CASPR), India and has interests inintersections of administration/ management, healthcare and social sciences.After graduating from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi he hasreceived his post-graduation degree in hospital administration from Tata Institute of SocialSciences (TISS), Mumbai. He is also UGC-NET qualified in Social and Labour Welfare/ HumanResources Management.He has got workshop certification in healthcare management from Harvard T.H. School ofPublic Health and in social impact creation from University of Berkley, California. With diverseinterest areas, some of his achievements includes ‘understanding and implications of BhagwatGita’ training certification, citizen journalism fellowship award in creative writing, audiopodcasting and mobile journalism, training certification in basics of neuro-linguisticprogramming, young researcher rolling trophy, research scholarship awards and certification inyouth leadership program.He was awarded as the senior editor of his school magazine as well as elected as the president ofstudents’ association during his graduation. He has also been the key representative member oforganizing committees of conferences at AIIMS, Delhi and TISS, Mumbai.
