About Anup Dey

Anup Dey received his Diploma degree from WBSCTE, West Bengal in 2009. He obtained his B.Tech degree from St. Thomas College of Engineering and Technology, Kolkata in 2012. He completed his M.Tech degree from Jadavpur University (JU) in 2015. Presently he is continuing his research work leading to PhD (CSIR, SRF, India) from Jadavpur University in the Dept. of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He has published 13 international journals, 7 book chapters and 15
conferences. His current research focuses on Fabrication of Metal Oxides Based Thin Film Gas Sensors for Detection of Volatile Organic Compounds and Toxic Gases. He has received “Young Scientists & Colloquium” award from Material Research Society of India (MRSI), Kolkata, West Bengal, India at S.N Bose National Centre for Basic Science, Kolkata for presenting his work, “The Structural Properties Based on WO 3 /SiO 2 /p-Si Sensing Element and the Effects of Annealing Temperatures”
on September 16, 2016. He is a Graduate Student Member of IEEE. He has visited Bangkok, Thailand for presenting his research paper. He has successfully organized one IEEE sponsored International Conferences (MSSND 2019, Jadavpur University) as Convenor in 2019. He also served as reviewer in different internationally acclaimed journals. He also honoured as a reviewer in the IEEE VLSI DCS-2020: 2nd International Conference on VLSI Device, Circuit and System, July 18th-19th, 2020.
