About Dr. M. John Bosco
I received my B.E Degree in the year 2002, from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, and M.E Degree in the year 2005, from Annamalai University. I had done my PhD in “Maximum Power Extraction of Photovoltaic System Under Partial Shading Condition Using A Novel Cross Diagonal View Method” at Anna University, Chennai. Presently I am working as Assistant Professor in St.Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering, Nagercoil, Tamilnadu, India, with a total teaching experience of 15 years. My research interests are in the area of Renewable energy and Electrical Machines. I received a “Best Paper Award” in the National Level Conference on Emerging Technologies in Electrical Systems organized by Noorul Islam College of Engineering, Kumaracoil. I have been conferred the “Er.D.A.Rajan Promotional Award” in the year 2013, from the Institution of Engineering and Technology,
Chennai Network “Micheal Faraday Award” in the year 2015, from the Institution of
Engineering and Technology, Kanyakumari Network and “Faculty Appreciation Award”
during the year 2017 from the Society of Electrical Engineers, St.Xavier’s Catholic College of Engineering. I am a life member in ISTE.
