Sachin Nagaraj S/o K. Nagaraj (Ex-service man) and B.R Nirmala (Retired School Teacher) born in Bangalore district in State of Karnataka. I did my schooling from UNITED MISSION HIGH SCHOOL.
I have completed my Bachelor degree in commerce (B.com) from M.S RAMAIAH
COLLEGE and Bachelors in law (LL. B) from B.M.S College of Law and Masters in
Criminology criminal Justice Administration and forensic Science with distinction from JAIN UNIVERSITY.

I have been researching on various aspects of criminal administration to seek clarity on the lack of criminal statutes on various types of offence which has not been recognised by the statute or the judiciary .This Interest have encouraged me to publish research paper on those aspects the main motive is to facilitate the law makers and judiciary the report relating to those offence which are not expressly mentioned in the statutes and give them some clarity so that no offence is outside the boundaries of law. Currently I havecompleted my Masters and have been successfully practicing advocacy and have appeared before the High Court and other Lower Courts of Karnataka
