About Dr. Kannamani Ramasamy
Dr Kannamani Ramasamy has 20 years of experience in the industry in which 17 years with IT outsourcing industry and served various positions in reputed multinational organisations such as CMS, WIPRO, IBM, HP, Accenture, Xerox and Atos, currently working as a Senior Manager in ATOS IT services, India. An Awardee holds an MBA (Systems), MSc (Psychology) and obtained his PhD in management from Jain University, Bangalore. (Thesis title – An analysis and effective implementation of matrix organisation in the IT outsourcing industry). The research was conducted in 21 top IT organisations from 22 countries across five continents involving fresher till CEO of the organisations. Dr.Kannamani has already published around 25 research papers in peer-reviewed International Journals such as IIM Indore, NITI Aayog (Institute of manpower research), symbiosis institute of management, IFIM business school, Krupanidhi school of management, KLS Gogte institute of management. Also, he had published ten papers of COVID-19 pandemic in UGC CARE, Web Of Science and Scopus Indexed journals. He had earned various international technical and industry certifications such as CCA, CCNA, ITIL V3, Prince2, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, VCP5, VCP6, AWS and Lean six-sigma.
