About Sourav Das

Myself, Mr. Sourav Das, have completed M. Pharm (Pharmacology) in the year of 2016 form Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology, Kolkata. Currently, I am working as an Asst. Bio analyst at TAAB BIOSTUDY SERVICES, Kolkata, Drugs Control General (India) approved CRO, since 2017. In the initials stage of my career, I got an immense exposure in several methodologies solely focused on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic
modeling, bioequivalence study, animal toxicity study anti-inflammatory study, and anti-cancer studies.
In addition, within my short research tenure I have managed to acquire knowledge and a definite set of skills on instrumentation and application of LC-MS/MS, HPLC, Dissolution study, IVIVC modeling, and cell line studies. In my own credit, I have been associated with different academic and commercial projects and also published in a number of national and international
research publications.
In the near forthcoming research project, I would like to focus on more sophisticated instrument handling and method development by a higher version of LC-MS/MS (i.e. API 4000, 4000 Q TRAP, etc.). In the future, I will contemplate formulation development and drug effect preferentially on cells specific genetic morphology.

I visited Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for presenting my research work entitled “Biomarker’s application for detecting breast cancer” in the 6th International Conference on Bio-sensing Technology, on 16th Jun 2019.
In the coming years, I am eagerly awaiting to find a suitable opportunity to pursue my Ph.D. from an eminent academic institution.
Furthermore, I would like to extend my thanks to InSc for selecting my insight research work entitled “Antioxidant And Cytotoxic Activities Of Areca Catechu Seed Extract In Swiss Albino Mice Using EAC Cell Line In Different Culture Medium” for “InSc Young Achiever Award- 2020”. This will definitely impart an encouragement for me to engage in more novel research works. I would like to thank and pay gratitude to my co-researchers, teacher’s guides, and seniors.
