Pratibha is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Food Business Management & Entrepreneurship Development, National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli (Sonipat), India. Currently, she is working in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship development and work with women’s of self-help groups in India. Her main research areas including entrepreneurship (especially sustainable entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, and women entrepreneurship), rural development (women empowerment), food business management, and food processing.
