About Priyanka Panchal
Priyanka Panchal, born in Panchkula near one of the most beautiful cities of north India - city beautiful chandigarh. I have spent my entire childhood over there. I always had a desire to become a Teacher and to nurture motivation and interest in the students to bring the best out of them. In 2012, I completed my master
degree in Biochemistry from Kurukshetra University. In 2013 I got married with a Software Engineer after which I joined my first job as a teacher in the Geeta Convent School, Faridabad. I felt like I am on the correct way in my career and did B.Ed from MDU to enhance in my career. After this, I got shifted to Sonipat and started working in Pharmacy college as a Assistant professor cum college coordinator.and
continued the same for nearly 3 years. Following this, I started my study process again and joined my Ph.D in 2017 at DCRUST, Murthal, Sonipat under the supervision of Dr.Satya Pal Nehra, Assistant professor at DCRUST in the department of CEEES. My topic was ‘’Investigation on Green Synthesized Semiconducting Metal Oxide Nanoparticles for Water Disinfection’’ Now I just completed my Ph.D in minimum time that is required for submission, i.e. 2 years after registration. Till now I have published 10 papers in journals of international repute like ACS omega, J. Colloid Interface Sci, J. Photochem. Photobiol. A, Int. J. Hydrog. Energy etc. and attended 12 international conferences and workshops.
Being a mother of two little daughters was not an easy task for me to do Ph.D but I did it with my hard work and by family support. I faced my problems during research work, but I never let things go and kept on working harder and harder. I took it as a challenge and completed within a minimum period of time.
However, this is one of the biggest achievement of my life.
My life throughout has been very challenging, but I love to have challenges.
