Ambition and drive are the two qualities that are eventual to success and
growth in any field. I thrive on challenge and constantly set goals for myself, so I am
always. Looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. I try to build
myself a stronger and more positive campus culture and create inspired child learners.
I am a firm believer that an active classroom is a learning one student centered
learning is an approach that emphasizes the process of learning on the learner rather
than on the content. As a principal of this institution. I try to increased student
leadership by conducting many cultural programs like quiz, mono act, craft work,
drawing debate competitions.
In my period of management in college, students participated in National level
volleyball match held at Jammu and Kashmir, In my period of administration, SSLC, PUC result was admirable. I Provided good teaching faculties for students to get good
education and enrich their knowledge.
I am passionate about science. In my period of leadership, few students participated
in zonal level, state level science exhibition in under my guidence. This helped lot for
students to build the scientific skills and innovative ideas in them. This helped for
students to improve their Intellectual growth and Acheivements.
