About Aditi Sahoo
Ms. Aditi Sahoo take immense pleasure in becoming a member of Institute of Scholars (InSc). I am greatly honored to receive the Young Achiever Award 2021. I see myself as a dedicated researcher concerned with multiferroic materials various shape and size. I was born and brought up in Midnapore, West Bengal, India (famous for Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar, Khudiram Bose birth place) in the year 1993. I have completed my 10 th standard schooling from Chhatri Vivekananda Vidyabhawan and 12 th standard schooling from Panchrol High School, Egra, India.
After completing higher secondary I took admission in Midnapore College (NAAC A+ grade) affiliated to the Vidyasagar University, India to pursue B.Sc. (Physics Hons.) in the year 2013.
Thereafter, I became a master’s student (Physics) in the Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, India. I am a silver medallist from the Department of Physics, Vidyasagar University in 2015 and also a recipient of DST-INSPIRE Scholarship from Govt. of India (2010-2015). I have also qualified GATE-2015 examination with AIR-160 rank. Currently, I am a DST-INSPIRE senior research fellow at CSIR-CGCRI, Kolkata, in the Advanced Mechanical and Materials Characterization Division. I have synthesized different type of multiferroic materials with different shape and size. I have expertize on refining laboratory X-ray, synchroton X-ray and neutron diffraction data. I have presented my research work in various national and international conferences at various places in India. I have published several papers in international journals of
repute including APS, ACS, Elsevier, AIP publishing house etc. Hopefully, I will carry out further research in the field of energy storage materials to bring out fruitful results and will be able to leave impact with my work in the scientific community and humanity, as well.
