About Sudipto Datta
Sudipto Datta is currently doing research and pursuing Ph.D
in biomedical engineering at the Centre for Healthcare Science and
Technology, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology,
Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, India. Sudipto does research in
fabrication of polymeric biomaterials by hybrid process of 3D-
bioprinting and electrospinning. His current project is &Fabrication of
alginate biological scaffolds by extrusion based 3D printing and
studying their biological and mechanical studies for making a
biocompatible biodegradable polymeric biomaterial for in-vivo
implants. He did his Bachelors of Technology in Electrical and
Electronics Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology
and Masters in Materials Engineering from Indian Institute of
Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah, West
Bengal, India. He has published four research articles in SCI indexing
journals, he also published many book chapters and two conference
papers.
