About Dr. Ram Lal Choudhary
Dr. Ram Lal Choudhary is ARS-Scientist (Sr. Scale) (Agronomy), posted at ICAR-Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research, Bharatpur (Raj.). He did his post graduate and doctoral degrees from premier institute “ICAR-Indian Agricultural Research Institute” in the discipline of Agronomy. He has published more than 24 research papers in national as well as international high impact factors journals. Dr. Choudhary also received many prestigious awards like “Best Scientist of the Year Award” by ICAR-NIASM, Pune, “Young Scientist Award” and “Best Ph.D. Thesis Award” by Society for Scientific Development in Agriculture & Technology, Meerut, UP and also “Best research paper oral and poster awards”. Dr. Choudhary has contributed significantly in the improvement of agronomic practices of sugarcane, soybean, maize, wheat and rice crops. At present, Dr. Choudhary, is working in the areas of abiotic stresses and climate change impact on mustard- based cropping systems.
