About Dr. Deepti
I am currently working as Assistant Professor in SIMTECH College, Patna, Bihar as teaching faculty with post-Ph.D teaching & lab training experience to Post- Graduate, Graduate & Undergraduate courses in Zoology, Biotechnology & Microbiology. I had completed my Graduation & Post Graduation in Zoology from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. I had done my duel Post Graduation in Bio- Informatics from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, Tamilnadu and M.Phil in Zoology from Sikkim Manipal University. My Ph.D topic was Comparative Biochemical Study of Silk protein Fibroin & Sericin among the species of Antheraea (Satturniidae : Lepidoptera). The research findings shows the utilization of these byproducts & there uses in Biomaterial manufacturing industries, in cosmetic industry & in medical science due to its anti-aging effects, elasticity & wound healing capacity. As of now my four research papers are published on “Bioinformatic analysis of Carbon Profile in Silk Protein of Silkworm, Samia synthia ricini”; “Comparative Study on Sustenance possibilities via Sericulture”; “A Analysis On Impact Of Natural Solvents On Tensile Power Of Muga Silk Made By Antheraea Assamensis” & “Comparative analysis of immune response in respect of different diet condition of Catla catla” in recognized national & international scientific journals. And a few more are already accepted and will be published soon. As a new age faculty & academician I am always open to learn new advancement in life sciences and technologically friendly tools & techniques for better teaching & learning experience.
