About Dr. Nitesh Raj Keer
Dr. Nitesh Raj Keer has been working as Assistant professor in Department of Biotechnology since 2011 at Mewar Girls College, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). He is Ph.D. in Plant Taxonomy from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He is expertise in Classical Taxonomy to advance Biotechnology as he is Master in Biotechnology as well as in Botany. He is coordinator and co-coordinator in various committees at academic level and takes responsibilities with perfection. His area of research is Plant Taxonomy and Microbiology. He has guided more than 40 students in their project work. Presently he is doing research in multidisciplinary viz. Taxonomical study, Phytochemical, Antimicrobial and Molecular analysis of valuable plants. He has contributed his taxonomical work in two new records to Flora of Rajasthan, India. He has attained several Workshops, Hands on Training Programs, and presented papers in National and International Conferences. His research work has been published in reputed peer review National and International Journals (Indian Journal of Natural Products and Resources, South Asian Journal of Experimental Biology, Asian Resonance etc.)
