Dr. Veeresh Vantrigaru Bangi is a nursing professional with youngest doctorate holder in Nursing, he is just 33 years and he is a active participant and highly motivated person striving to developing nursing and Nursing profession, he is currently working as Skills Lab trainer in DTC Raichur training doctors, nurses, health assistant and health team member about Maternal and Child Health services under National Health Mission, MoHFW INDIA. He is active researcher conducting, guiding various research in all areas of nursing, he is having more than 25 publications in various national and international journals. He is also a member of the editorial board team for more than 5 international journals in Nursing. He has obtained biostatistics course from Manipal university and is a very rare combination of nursing researcher with biostatistician. He is innovative and creative in nursing education evidenced by new techniquesimplementation in teaching like implementation of OSCE in educating skills to health professionals and students. He dreams in bringing uplift nurses in socio-economic status to which he is active activist involving in various organizations by lobbying stakeholders to bring nurses the high level of social status. Considering his all these contribution and his non commanding efforts here with he is awarded with young achiever award.
