About Dr. Hemal Patel
My self Dr.Hemal Patel (PT), I am a Physical Therapist. I did my BPT from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. I did my MPT (Musculoskeletal Science) from CHARUSAT University, Gujarat. At present I am an assistant professor at Ashok & Rita Patel Institute of Physiotherapy, CHARUSAT University, Changa, Gujarat. I am pursing my PhD in Musculoskeletal Disorders at CHARUSAT University. I teach Basic and advance subjects in BPT & MPT like Clinical Orthopedics, Physiotherapy in orthopedics conditions, Rehabilitation, Advanced physical & functional diagnosis in orthopedics, Research methodology and many more. Apart from this I am a PG Research Guide also. My core research area are Knee Osteoarthritis, Balance, plantar pressure distribution, spine related conditions, Ergonomics in WRMD’s. Risk factor analysis. Till date I did many presentation at state, national & International conference. I received “Young Innovator Award” in InnoHEALTH – 2018 International Conference, Haryana.
