About Prithvi Singh
Prithvi Singh was born on 13-July-1993 in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India. He completed his school education from the Laxman Public School, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. He received B.Sc. (2014) in Electronics from Acharya Narendra Dev College, University of Delhi with first class distinction. He obtained his M.Sc. (2016) and M.Phil. (2018) degrees in Bioinformatics with first class distinction from Jamia Millia Islamia. He did his M.Phil. dissertation project under the guidance of Dr. Ravins Dohare (Assistant Professor, Mathematics, Jamia Millia Islamia) and Dr. Arpita Rai (Assistant Professor, Dentistry, Jamia Millia Islamia). Later, he moved to CSIR- IGIB and worked as a Project Assistant under the guidance of Dr. Lipi Thukral (Sr. Scientist) on elucidation of driver mutations in ESKAPE pathogens. He has published more than 10 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals. His major expertise is elucidation of biomarkers and miRNAs in Lung and Oral Cancer via network-based approach.
