·        Dr. L. Padma Suresh, Principal, Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering, Sasthamcotta, Kollam. He has more than 17 years of Teaching and Research Experience and holds two doctorates in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Engineering respectively. His exuberant involvement in R & D in Control Systems, Intelligent Controller, Power Electronics, Image Processing and Adaptive Controllers has been recognized through his 183 publications amongst which 77  papers in refereed , indexed Research Journals and the remaining 106 in indexed conferences such as IEEE, Springer etc. Moreover as a research guide he has produced 7  PhD’s and another 6 scholars are currently pursuing their research under his direct supervision. He is a Review panel member of International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering, Applied Soft Computing, Elsevier Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, IET Journal of Image Processing, Elsevier International Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems and Editorial member of Science Publishing Group, USA. He also authored eight engineering books under his credit.    During his service, he took responsibilities as Chairman - Board of Studies, Member – BRDC, Director – Entrance Exams, Director – Admissions, Director – IQAC etc .He organized many IEEE, Springer sponsored Conferences and served as Series Editor for the Lecture notes in Electrical Engineering and Advances in Intelligent System and Computing   Springer book series. In view of sharing knowledge and serve technical community, he became the life member of many professional bodies such as Indian Society for Technical Education and IEEE
