Ganesh N. Shelke, Ph.D. Research scholar (Processing and Food Engineering) at Mahatma Phule Agriculture University, Rahuri and completed M.Tech in Food and Agriculture process engineering From TNAU Agriculture University Coimbatore. He has qualified ICAR JRF (all India 19th rank) in 2013 conducted by ICAR Government of India June 2013 also he has qualified ASRB NET -2016 conducted by Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) Krishi Anusandhan Bhavan-I, Pusa, New Delhi-11001. He has published 4 research papers in well reputed journals. He has attended and presented his research in many national and international conferences. He is a life member of Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers (IASE), New Delhi. LM-11627. He is a continuous learner, therefore actively seek new projects and challenges in field of Food Engineering. He Believe the best way to learn is through experience, or what we refer to as tacit knowledge. Have sound knowledge about fundamentals of Food Process Design, Food Equipment Design, Food Plant Economics, Food Processing, Food Packaging, and Food Engineering with a keen interest in Research in Food and Agriculture Processing Engineering.
