About Dr. Sheela Rosalyn
Dr. Sheela Rosalyn, holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Behavior for her thesis on “The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Mental Health (Psychological Wellbeing) of Employees at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant”. She completed her M.Phil. in Psychology with specialization in HR Development and Management. She is currently employed with the ICFAI Group at Hyderabad, wherein she is actively involved in developing course material and YouTube lectures for the ODL MBA participants. Dr. Sheela Rosalyn has attended an orientation program on 6 – Sigma Green Belt, Organized by ISTD (Indian Society for Training and Development), Bangalore Chapter. She is a corporate soft skills trainer and a Certified Master Trainer and Counseling Supervisor for HIV/AIDS Counselors under the Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria initiated by WHO, Geneva in association with National AIDS Control Organizations, New Delhi.Besides which she is also a motivational speaker who has discoursed deputies in sessions on training and development and leadership conferences. She has been a key resource person for KVIC, (Kahdi Village Industries Commission), Karnataka, Under the Ministry of HRD. She is an ardent academician with an experience of more than 16 years in the field of teaching and guidance. She has been the Former Head and Chair Person, Board of Studies, Department of Psychology. She has been a paper setter and examiner for UG exams conducted in Psychology and Journalism for various Universities. She has been instrumental in designing the syllabi for add-on courses on Life Skills Management, Crisis Management, and Research Methodology. She has presented papers in various national and international conferences and has few ISBN publications to her credit.
Her areas of interest which goes way beyond her passion include study of Etymology, Religion and Spirituality, Psychology, Management Consultancy, research guidance, interacting andcounseling youngsters and PR.
