Born In Punjab, Brought Up In Himachal Pradesh, Graduated In Chandigarh, Post Graduated In Amritsar And Started Research In Himachal Again. With This Constant Transition Between Punjab And Himachal, She Has Become First Research Fellow In Education To Highlight The Issues And Challenges Faced By Transgender (Hijra) Community In The State Of Himachal Pradesh, With Main Emphasis On Need Of Educating Them In General And Remaining Society About Them. She Is Having Three (+) Years Of Teaching Experience As A Research Scholar In The Department Of Education, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla And Two Years Of Teaching Experience As Regular Teacher At B. R. M. Public High School, Giora, Tehsil – Nurpur, District – Kangra, H.P. She Has Qualified National Eligibility Test (Cbse-Ugc Net/Jrf) In Education; Central Teacher Eligibility Test And Hp State Medical Teacher Eligibility Test (January 2015). Academically, She Has Done B.Sc. (Honors) In Mft, M.Sc. In Applied Chemistry (Pharmaceuticals), Bachelors And Masters In Education And Ph.D. Course Work, All Cleared In First Division. She Has Done Certificate Course In Guidance From Ignou.as Researcher, She Has Attended Four National And One International Workshops (Offline) And More Than 40 Online Workshops And Webinars In Research Methodology. She Has Published Seven Research Papers (Four In Refereed And Peer Reviewed Journals; One In Ugc Approved; Two In Ugc Care Journals). She Has Presented Six Papers In National Seminars And One In International Conference. She Has Written A Chapter, Mainstreaming Third Gender Through Education In A Book Entitled Quality Initiatives In Teacher Education. Also She Has Written A Course Book On Teaching Of Mathematics As Per B.Ed. Syllabus Prescribed By Himachal Pradesh University. With Keen Interest In Socializing, Traveling And Teaching, She Is A Lifelong Member Of International Science Congress Association, Shimla Chapter. She Has Been Dealing With Transgender People From Last Four Years With Very Promising Attitude And Is Determined For The Same In Future.
