About Jyoti Mohan Kharade
Jyoti Mohan Kharade was born in Sangli, Maharashtra, India in 1991. She has completed her B.E. Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2013 and M.Tech. Electrical Power System in 2015 from Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Sakharale, affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. She has achieved Gold Medal in M.Tech. Electrical Power System. She is currently pursuing Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor (UG-UGC) in Electrical Engineering Department, Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Ashta, Sangli, Maharashtra since 2016. She is having 05 years of teaching experience. She has presented and published 11 research papers in International Conferences and International Journals (Scopus Elsevier journal and IEEE Explore). She is having Google Scholar citations-20, H- index -2 and i-10 index-1 for published research papers. She has achieved Best Research paper Award in National Conference RITNConPG in 2015. She has published 02 Books, entitled “Basic Electrical Engineering” under Wiley India Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 and “Laboratory Manual for Fundamentals of Electrical and Electronics Engineering: A Handbook for Electrical and Electronics Engineering Students” under Kindle International publications in 2020. She has attended 32 STTP/ FDP/ Workshops and 26 Webinars. She has also completed NPTEL courses in the field of Research. She has delivered 03 guest lecturers for students of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. She has started student’s Art club for enhancement of skills and creativity. She is interested in research and project activities and to implement those innovative ideas in day to day life. Under this she has guided 05 UG project groups and 28 Mini project groups. Her research interests include HVDC systems, Power Quality and applications of Power electronics in the power system. She has delivered many lectures and demonstrations to motivate school and college students. It is her dream to be a teacher and helping students to come up well in their life. She likes to take part actively in social services.
