About Sneha H P
Microbiologist, Completed M.sc in Microbiology from the University of Mysore, Karnataka in 2016. I am presently working as a project assistant at CSIR-central food technological research institute, Mysore. I have research experience of the year and a half and worked as a quality control Microbiologist for 2 years for food industries. My research mainly focuses on coffee and cocoa fermentation, Enzymes and microbial application to improve fermentation. I have attended Current Trends in Biosciences, International Conference, 21-23rd August 2017, organized by Scire Science at Dunes Hotel, Cochin, India and awarded for best oral presentation. I have two research papers published in LWT -Food Science and Technology and a book chapter in Elsevier publications. I have worked for an international project sponsored by UNU-Kiran, Japan and currently working in an international project sponsored by Bioseutica, Switzerland under the guidance of Dr Pushpa S Murthy CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore.
