About Jyotsna Bhardwaj
Jyotsna Bhardwaj is currently pursuing her PhD from Department of Physics, Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan. She is working on “Ion beam induced modifications of material in nanocomposite thin films”. The application of her research work revolves around organic solar cells, bandgap limiters, optical sensors etc. She has also worked as Project Assistant at Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Her field of research at IISc Bangalore was Thermoelectrics. She did her M.Tech from Centre for Converging Technologies, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and her M.Tech dissertation was from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. While at IIT Delhi, her thesis was on “Synthesis and characterization of Zinc Oxide nanostructures by vapor phase transport method”. Working in close association with the most productive minds at prestigious institutions across India, she built a great appetite for research and published a number of research papers in peer reviewed international journals. She has also presented her research work in various national and international conferences. She is also a trained Kathak dancer, likes to socialize and travel.
