About Vidit Pandey
Mr. Vidit Pandey has done his B.Sc. (P.C.M.) and M.Sc. (Electronics) from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra (U.P.) in 2014 and 2016 respectively. He also completed his Bachelor of Education (Science) in 2018 and qualified GATE-2019 in Physics. After that, he got enrolled in Department of Physics, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (U.P.) as a Ph.D. research scholar. His main research area is spinel nanomaterials and their noval application. Till now, he published more than 4 research papers on synthesis, characterization and physical properties of spinel nanomaterials in various repute international journals including Material today (Elsevier) and American Institute of Physics publications. Now, in his doctoral work, he is looking for fabrication of non-volatile future resistive switching memory (RRAM) device with good endurance, reproducible and high efficiency by using spinel nano particles.
