Dr. C .Senthil Kumar is working as a Teaching Assistant in Physical Education of Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Kumulur, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu. Affiliated to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. Currently possessing a working experience of around 3 years in teaching, research and academic administration. He completed his B.P.E.S, M.P.Ed and PG Dip in Yoga Annamalai University, Chidambaram. M.Sc. (Psychology) in TNPESU, Chennai. He obtained his M.Phil and Ph.D (Phy-Edu) from Alagappa University, Karaikudi ,Tamil Nadu. He was cleared for UGC-SRF-NETand SET. He is the author of more than 17 plus research papers published in various National and International journals with high Impact Factor, Peer Reviewed, Google Scholar, Index in Cosmos, citations and UGC listed Journals..He has 33 Papers presented and 4 participated in International and National conferences. He has published 22 research papers for conference proceeding books. he has attended around 11 workshops. He was awarded “Best Researcher Award ” from DK International Research Foundation. Perambalur,Tamil Nadu. He is lifetime member of International Academic Research Association(IARA),Maharashtra, India. He is also member of Editorial board in various Journals in National and International levels. He has participated in various training programmes of National Testing Service, SPSS, Soft Skills Communicative Training Programme, Faculty Development Programme in Entrepreneurship Development, Training programme on research writing and Research Methodology Courses.
