I have been working as a Social Science teacher from past 10+ years. I first started my career as tuition teacher during my bachelor days in year 2000 while I was studying graduate program. I professionally started my career in year 2004. I took break in-between. As an educationist, I believe in overall development of my students. It is very important to connect with the students to understand their phycology. It is very important to be innovative in teaching methods which connects to the students. It is not just passing the examinations but to help students become good human being with good human values contributing to India. I am happy that many of my students who passed out long back are still in touch with me and call me during important occasions. This I consider as biggest asset which no monetary benefit can compensate. Biggest moment for me during my professions was when I received appreciation letter from Union HRD Ministry. I am also part of the CBSE correction panel and assistant coordinator. I earned lot of friend professionally across schools.
