Supratim Chowdhury is a versatile person with philanthropic visionary leadership. He is a self-inspired and self-initiated educationalist and mentor in management and corporate skills development for youth. He regularly conducts motivational workshops and talk sessions at primer management and engineering Institutes pan-India and so far trained more than 2000 youth at different levels. Today, Supratim is an inspirational icon for many youths. He has earned his Bachelor's degree in 2007 and MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing in 2010 from Bangalore University with First Class Distinction. in 2011, He has done his Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management With an A+ grade from Maharastra Institute of Technology. Supratim is an IRCA accredited Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 from the British Standards Institute. He has also earned diploma with 88 percent in Human Resources Administration from Alision.

For Supratim every work he takes up in life, perfectness and quality yield is a mandate, He has been Certified in “Quality Management System” and “Work Place Safety And Health Management System” from Alison. Supratim is also certified as Behavior Therapist (CBT) and REBT Mindset Life Coach. To his best credit, he is an Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) from AIMA, New Delhi, and Certified Management Teacher from MTC Global Bangalore in 2020 with an A+ grade and teaches as visiting faculty in esteemed B-schools and engineering institutes Pan India. He is the developer and introducer of “Cosmic Call Meditation”, a Music therapy based meditation system for the youth community at the institutional level and received wide acceptance and appreciation. He has also earned diploma with 88 percent in Human Resources Administration from Alision.

Supratim posses more than 10 years of industrial expertise in the domain of HRD and T&D. At present heading the department of HRD as HR-Strategist of Kharagpur Metal Reforming Industries Pvt Ltd (A Class “A” RDSO Certified ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) Company. He has served as a technical committee member for management research at the “International Journal for Engineering & Management Research” Presently he is a research reviewer of the International Journal of management and social studies, and Journal for education, society, and behavioral science.

Supratim strongly believes in the fundamentals of oriental principles and values. He is a researcher and consciously devotes his research works to amalgamate the oriental thoughts and ideas to management principles and ideas. To his credit authored and published many articles and research papers. Some of his widely acclaimed research includes Success Achievement Model, IDM Model, 4V Approach In Post COVID-19, Talent Management And Virtual Learning Frame Work Post COVID-19 published in international conferences and journals, and enlisted in SSRN and Google Scholar. He had the privileged Co-authored a book called “10 MANTRAS OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP” with Dr. Swapan Kumar Ghosh the Managing Director of KMRIPL which was launched by Global Entrepreneurship Grid at Global Entrepreneur Summit 2019. Supratim is associated as a member of INSC, MTC Global, & IARA, India. He has been part of various national and international seminars and conferences Such as Global Entrepreneur Summit 2019, Global EDU Summit 2019, International conference at Dhaka School of Economics (Constituent Institution of the University of the Dhaka), ICBIT 2020, and many more.

Supratim Chowdhury is the founder member and Secretary of “Uttor Kolkata Baulana Folk Welfare Society” (UKBFWS) registered under the West Bengal Society Registration Act 1961 which widely works on the preservation of musical traditions of Bengal and primary health, education, and skills development of underprivileged children at rural areas of Bolpur Birbhum district West Bengal.

In 2016, on behalf of UKBFWS, Supratim was recognized by the University of Calcutta Department of Library and Information Science, as an external resource person for Ph.D. in the folk culture of Bengal. The organisation also fosters youth development at different sectors. UKBFWS has recently conferred and received the prestigious “MTC GLOBAL JN DUTTA OUTSTANDING SOCIAL SERVICE AWARD 2019”.

Supratim has been conferred and received the prestigious "INSC Research Excellence Award 2020" for “I.D.M. Model” (Integrated Divine Management) & ITA Best International Management Mentor 2020.
