About Namrata Pachauri

Namrata Pachauri, pursuing PhD from the Department of Materials Science Programme (MSP), Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. Prior to join Ph.D, I had worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Department of Materials Science Engineering, IIT Kanpur and also worked as a Research Project Assistant in Special Centre for Nanoscience (SCNS) at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. In this Duration, I had published 4 research articles in renowned journals. I received my B.Tech+M.Tech Integrated degree in Nanotechnology from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur in 2016. During my course, I had done 2-months internship from DRDO-Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), Pune and 6-months M.Tech project from CSIR- National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi. During the M.Tech project, published a conference paper based on project work. I have also
attended 4 international conferences, 5 workshops and many seminars. I had received ‘First Best Poster Presentation Award’ in ‘International Conference on Nanobiotechnology’ at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in 2018. Now I take immense pleasure in becoming a member of Institute of Scholars (InSc) and also greatly honored to receive the Research Excellence Award/ Young Achiever Award by InSc 2020.
