About Dr. G. Padmini Devi
Dr. G. Padmini Devi working as Lecturer cum head of the department in Homescience department of Government College for Women (Autonomous), Guntur. Varied experience in different fields of teaching, research and extension. Currently working as lecturer in Homescience department for the past 10 years. Expertise in using innovative pedagogies and teaching with technology for effective classroom teaching. Contributed research papers in different areas such as women entrepreneurship, voluntary organizations role in rural development, online teaching tools impact on teachers and students, social media networks impact among undergraduates, and conducted University Grants Commission (UGC) Minor research project on diabetes and published research papers. Organized, participated and presented papers in many national and international seminars, conferences and workshops. Overall 20 research papers and more than 20 papers were presented at different forums.
