School. I choose my profession and teaching in 1997 and till now. I like to be with my passion as a teacher. I can state that I am an enthusiastic and passionate individual which in the habit of sharing knowledge with the approved record of helping children in the progress through positive learning experience. I have possessed loyalty, creativity, integrity and the certificate of appreciation for innovative ideas from various institutions. Working tirelessly in the field of spreading quality education. I desire to contribute and share my views for the education system and for the feature of the country. The student of my institute ranked in different public examinations in secondary and higher secondary (10+2) level. Our country needs an educational system where the emphasis is a promoting student’s engagement in their own learning, a lot of team work, cognitive activation so that the students are challenged into the process that can developed higher order of thinking skill in which teachers can play vital role in a student friendly atmosphere of learning. I the field of education as a teacher of Biological Sciences I want to be a medium from which the student can acquire the problem-solving skill themselves. I have already played a vital role in the field of publication in the field of National and International level. I have also participated in many seminars, webinars, teachers’ training programmes etc. with a lot of appreciation. I have fonds my Ph.D. to write books on subject concern as a learning mediator for the students. My plans ensure that my students will acquire knowledge and skill that will help them not only to be successful in class room but also be empowerment with the Biological Sciences to become productive citizens in the great field of education as human resource.
