Dr. Santosh Kumar Patra. I am working as Principal, Ekalavya Model Residential School, Siriguda, Dist- Rayagada (Odisha) since dated 14.09.2016. The Ekalavya Model Residential School is under the Control of OMTES (Odisha Model Tribal Education Society) Supported by ST & SC Development Department Government of Odisha. Whose headquarter is at Bhubaneswar. This educational institution is need for better education to ST students only. I work for better educational development of tribal education since 2016 to till date. I had sacrificed my life as teacher and head of the institution for tribal students to bring them into mainstream of the Society. My educational qualification is M.A (Odia) M. Phil, Ph.D, M.Ed, MJMC, PGDSLM and CIG. Now I am doing D.Litt in Odia literature under Sambalpur University (Odisha). The Topic of D.Litt Odia is “ Mothertongue as the medium of instruction and it's utility ". I am doing in research activity about the tribal students in Ekalavya Model Residential School for improving educational background of tribal students.
