Alka Jakhar received B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women, Jaipur, India, in 2014. She has received her M.Tech in Wireless and Optical Communication from Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India, in 2017. Later, she joined Centre for Applied Research in Electronics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India to pursue Doctor of Philosophy in Microelectronics. She worked on terahertz detectors and modulators for the development of terahertz technology. She contributed several research papers in international journals and conferences of high repute.
