About Reeta Hashia
I have been in the field of education since 25 years. I being the principal of Brilliants’ Convent School has developed a sustainable, innovative as well as an aspiring learning environment for the learners by focusing on the three essential fundamentals- physical, mental and spiritual fitness. I along with my staff of highly qualified and experienced teachers make our learners productive as well as responsible citizens of the country. An example to support the statement is – conducting elections inside the school premises for electing head boy / head girl of the school every year for preparing the learners for shouldering the responsibilities. I have focused and increased the student participation in workshops, quizzes, excursions, tours, debates, extempore, eco – drives for shaping the learners by grooming their entire personalities. My vision is to prepare confident, determined and disciplined leaders for facing the challenges of future. For my immense contribution in the field of education I have already been facilitated by many awards and honours by various institution/ organisations and specially department of education. In nut shell, I can describe myself as an asset for the school.
