It involves never being satisfied with the ordinary and constantly striving to put quality into everything you do. I believe in action rather than words through a human approach. I am a passionate Learner who is never satisfied with the ordinary. Hence, I constantly strive to give my best in whatever I am doing. I believe in being rooted to the ground and to work at the grassroot level. This approach has helped me develop a bonding with the parents, staff and students. I was extremely humbled and captivated by the message given by Pope Francis to all the teachers when he says, “Teaching is a beautiful job; as it allows you to
see the growth day by day of people entrusted to your care. It is little like being parents, at least spiritually it is a great responsibility”. Reflecting over it makes me feel proud of this noble profession. Yes, I am a teacher, it is who I am, and its my passion, my calling and my world. I was born to be a teacher and beautiful thing about teaching and learning is that no one can take it away from you. I’m extremely delighted and humbled to receive this award through a renowned and prestigious institution like the Institution of Scholars (InSc). It has definitely increased my responsibility in giving my best towards contributing to the Education field. Thanking the entire fraternity of Scholars for the honor.
