About: Dr. Joseph Jeganathan

Dr. Joseph Jeganathan earned his Ph.D. in Psychiatric Nursing from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, National Consortium for PhD Nursing, (Indian Nursing Council), Bangalore, Karnataka, India in 2019. He has completed post graduation in Mental Health Nursing, NIMHANS in the year 2011 and B.Sc.(Nursing) from PSG College of Nursing in 2002.

He is working as an Assistant Professor, Mental Health Nursing, Nursing Department, College of Health and Sport Sciences, University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain. He has more than 17 years of Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching experience. He has worked as Professor in SGT University, Gurugram and Head, Dept. of Nursing, IES University, Bhopal, and as Associate Professor, Akal College of Nursing, Eternal University, Baru Sahib, India, and also worked as teaching faculty in various nursing colleges in India and Nepal. Dr. Joseph Jeganathan has published more than 20 research articles in National and International Nursing Journals. His areas of research interest are Adolescent mental health, Life skills training, and Substance use disorders.
