About Kunal Mishra

I born on 27th October, 1990 at a remote place Titilagarh in the district of Balangir, Odisha. I passed my 10th standard from Balangir Public School in 2006 and did my Under Graduation at Rajendra College (Autonomous) Balangir. After passing I took admission in Post Graduate in Commerce at G.M. (Autonomous) College, Sambalpur under Sambalpur University. Thereafter I went for ICWA, M. Phil, LLB & MBA. I started my career as Lecturer and served at Vidya Sagar Academy, Bargarh, as Principal at Nice College of Commerce, Balangir, as Assistant Professor at Vedic Degree College, Sambalpur. During this spell I registered my name for Ph. D in the Department of Business Administration, Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar, Burla in December, 2016 and continuing as such in the research oriented programme. By now I have been serving as Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Commerce, Rajendra College (Auto) Balangir and Counselor at IGNOU Study Centre, Balangir. During my service career I felt it necessary to write books on “Organisational Behaviour”, “Entrepreneurship Development” and “Human Resource Management” out of which the first two books have been published and the third one Human Resource Management is under publication. I had got an opportunity to study the villages of Western Region of Odisha and various parts of the country by attending numerous Seminars, Conferences, Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes and therefore it encouraged me to write research articles on academic point of view.
