I am Dhirendra Kumar Saini from Sujangarh city of Rajasthan. I am an Electronics engineer. I choose my profession teaching in 2014 and till now I love to be with my passion as a profession. I am an enthusiastic and passionate individual who enjoys sharing knowledge with the proven record of helping children progress through positive learning experience.I have earned loyalty, creativity, integrity and the certificate of appreciation for innovative ideas From ZIIEI and Star Award( For exceptional contributions) from JIVEM Education Pvt. Ltd. I want to contribute and share my views for the education system and for the future of the country. My students have scored hundred out of hundred in Senior Secondary Board Examination.Country needs an educational system where the emphasis is on promoting students engagement in their own learning, a lot of teamwork, cognitive activation, so that the students are challenged into the process that develop higher order thinking skill in which teacher play a vital role. In the education field as a Math Lecturer I want to be a medium from which the student can develop the problem solving skill. I want to do PhD in my subject and looking forward to write a book on concern subject as a learning mediator for the student which ensure that my student will have knowledge and skill that will help them not only for succeed in classroom but also be empowerment by the mathematics to become productive citizens and to be in the great field.
