Dr.Rekha Rani Is An Assistant Professor In Warner College Of Dairy Technology At Sam Higginbottom University Of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences (Shuats), Allahabad. She Did B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) From College Of Dairy And Food Technology, Maharanapratap University Of Agriculture, Technology And Sciences, Udaipur (Rajasthan). She Did Her Master’s In Dairy Chemistry And Ph.D. In Dairy Technology From Icar-National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, Haryana, India. She Has Worked As Executive (Quality Assurance) With Gujarat Co-Operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (Amul), Anand, Gujarat And Devyani Food Industries As Management Representative For Iso Activities, Kosikalan, Mathura Before Joining To Shuats, Allahabad. Dr.Rekha Specialized In The Area Of Fermented Foods, Beverages, Smoothie And Traditional Indian Dairy Products. She Is Currently Working On Herbal Dairy Products, Gluten-Free Dairy And Food Products As Well As Traditional Indian Dairy Products. She Has Several Publications In National And International Journals And Popular Articles In Hindi And English.
