Growing up in the small village of Yerramillipadu in Unguturu Mandal, Eluru district, Andhra Pradesh, he faced numerous obstacles that left him without the support needed to make informed decisions about his future. These challenges ignited a determination in him to prevent other students from going through the same difficulties. Venkatesh’s vision culminated in the creation of RADEONTECH DMIT (Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test), an innovative career counseling software that has transformed countless lives by helping students discover their inborn talents and match them with suitable career paths.
The RADEONTECH DMIT system, designed and championed by Venkatesh, utilizes the science of dermatoglyphics to analyze an individual’s fingerprints, revealing their innate strengths and weaknesses. By understanding these unique patterns, students gain a deeper awareness of their natural abilities, allowing them to make more informed career choices. This personalized approach has revolutionized career counseling, providing students with clarity and direction in a way that traditional methods often fail to offer. Under Venkatesh’s guidance, RADEONTECH has become a game-changer in the educational sector, blending technology with personalized insight.
Venkatesh’s contributions to career counseling have been widely recognized. In August 2024, he was awarded the prestigious “Pride of Bharath Real Heroes Award” by the I Can Foundation India, a testament to his decade-long dedication to helping students succeed. This national recognition celebrates his innovative methods and the positive impact his work has had on students across the country.
In 2021, Venkatesh founded Radeontech Ventures Pvt Ltd, a company that embodies his vision of revolutionizing career counseling in India. Radeontech offers students not only guidance but also cutting-edge tools powered by AI and DMIT technology. Under Venkatesh’s leadership, Radeontech has expanded its reach and reputation, becoming synonymous with excellence in career counseling.
Expanding his vision beyond education, Venkatesh has also ventured into the agritech sector. Through Tech4Farm, a new app being developed by Radeontech, Venkatesh aims to support farmers by offering them technological solutions to improve their farming practices. Tech4Farm will provide farmers with insights on best practices, weather updates, crop management tools, and more, empowering them to make data-driven decisions that can improve productivity and sustainability.
